Customer Service Agent (Full-Time)

Location: Accra

Job Summary

The Customer Service Agent will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing prompt, courteous, and professional assistance throughout their customer journey. The successful candidate will manage guest enquiries, process reservations, resolve concerns efficiently, and ensure an exceptional guest experience at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries through various communication channels.
  • Process room reservations, bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update reservation systems as required.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel services, facilities, promotions, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure guests receive seamless and high-quality service.
  • Follow up on guest requests and feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming, and service-oriented attitude at all times.
  • Support front office operations and perform other customer service duties as assigned.

Qualification Required & Experience

  • Senior High School (SHS) Certificate, HND, or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation or customer management systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service will be an added advantage.
