Key Responsibilities

As Branch Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales and performance targets.
  • Manage and grow customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Supervise, coach, and support branch staff to achieve high performance standards.
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand the branch’s market presence.
  • Prepare and submit regular operational and performance reports to management.
  • Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure proper inventory, resource, and administrative management within the branch.

Qualification and Experience

Applicants must possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience in branch management, operations, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams and achieving business targets.
  • Strong financial, operational, and customer service management skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools.
