Position Summary
The Tile Picking Worker plays an important role in maintaining product quality by inspecting finished ceramic tiles, identifying defects, and ensuring only products that meet company quality standards proceed through the production process. The successful candidate will work closely with the production and quality teams to support efficient manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect finished ceramic tiles for visible defects, imperfections, and quality issues.
- Sort, separate, and remove defective tiles from the production line in accordance with quality standards.
- Maintain a high level of inspection accuracy while meeting production targets.
- Report recurring quality issues and production trends to supervisors promptly.
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and well organized at all times.
- Follow established quality control procedures and workplace safety regulations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential Requirements
- Junior High School (JHS) or Senior High School (SHS) Certificate.
- Good eyesight and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods while carrying out inspection activities.
- Basic understanding of the English language.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality.
