We are seeking passionate and results-oriented Spark Change Makers Project Officers to support the successful implementation of the Spark Change Makers initiative.
Role Purpose
The Spark Change Makers Project Officers will support the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of project activities aimed at strengthening civil society organisations (CSOs) and social enterprises. The successful candidates will work closely with stakeholders to deliver capacity-building initiatives, facilitate partnerships, and promote sustainable community development.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation of the Spark Change Makers project in line with approved work plans and project objectives.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with civil society organisations, social enterprises, community groups, and development partners.
- Support organisational capacity development initiatives through training, coaching, mentorship, and technical assistance.
- Facilitate business development and enterprise growth support for participating social enterprises.
- Coordinate workshops, networking events, stakeholder engagements, and policy advocacy activities.
- Support the identification and management of grant opportunities for eligible organisations and enterprises.
- Monitor project activities, collect data, and prepare timely progress reports.
- Ensure effective documentation of project outcomes, lessons learned, and success stories.
- Promote collaboration with innovation hubs, business networks, and ecosystem partners to expand market opportunities.
- Support project monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, donor requirements, and safeguarding standards.
Qualifications, Experience & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Project Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, International Development, or a related field.
- Previous experience in project coordination, community development, youth empowerment, civil society strengthening, or enterprise development will be an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership management skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and report-writing skills.
- Strong organisational and project coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated commitment to community development, inclusion, and sustainable impact.
