We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of construction, infrastructure, and strategic business projects.
Role Purpose
The Project Manager will oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project risks, oversee procurement and contractor performance, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Monitor project performance against key milestones and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while resolving issues proactively.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, and executive updates for senior management.
Construction & Business Operations
- Manage construction and infrastructure projects from concept through commissioning and handover.
- Lead operational improvement and strategic business projects across the organisation.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, engineers, suppliers, and internal project teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, environmental (HSE), and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project quality throughout the project lifecycle and ensure successful project delivery.
Procurement & Contract Management
- Develop procurement strategies aligned with project objectives and timelines.
- Coordinate supplier sourcing, tendering processes, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations.
- Administer project contracts and monitor contractor performance against agreed deliverables.
- Ensure the timely procurement and delivery of goods and services within approved budgets.
- Maintain compliance with company procurement policies, governance standards, and contractual obligations.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings and communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior management.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications, Experience & Competencies
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Professional Certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP®), PRINCE2®, or an equivalent project management certification will be an advantage.
- Membership of the Project Management Institute (PMI) or another recognised professional body is desirable.
Experience
- Minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years’ project management experience.
- Proven experience managing construction or infrastructure projects from planning through successful completion.
- Experience in the oil and gas sector will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated success managing contractors, consultants, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong background in procurement, contract administration, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.
- Experience working within multinational organisations or other fast-paced corporate environments is preferred.

Technical Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent project management software.
- Proficiency with collaboration and project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or Jira.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies to enhance project planning, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
