This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will contribute to operational excellence, programme implementation, and stakeholder engagement while supporting initiatives that make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
As the Operations Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate and support the implementation of organisational programmes and projects.
- Ensure the efficient execution of day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, workshops, events, and community outreach activities.
- Prepare reports, work schedules, presentations, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate communication with partners, beneficiaries, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor programme timelines and support the successful delivery of projects.
- Maintain accurate organisational records, databases, and documentation.
- Support procurement, logistics, and resource coordination when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and administrative processes.
- Perform additional operational and administrative duties assigned by management.

- Relevant experience in operations, administration, programme coordination, or project support will be an advantage.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
