The Opportunity

Akka Kappa Ltd is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales, Lettings & Business Development Executive to support the growth of our property portfolio and client base.

In this full-time role, you will manage property sales and lettings, build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the achievement of the company’s commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Respond to all new property enquiries promptly by acknowledging and engaging with clients within six (6) working hours on business days and within 24 hours on weekends.
  • Assess client requirements and recommend suitable properties that align with their needs.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings while ensuring properties are well-presented and viewing-ready in collaboration with the Facilities Team where necessary.
  • Follow up promptly after viewings, gather client feedback, and progress negotiations toward successful transactions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Business Development

  • Conduct a minimum of 15 business development activities each month, including at least five (5) face-to-face meetings.
  • Generate a minimum of three (3) qualified leads each month to expand the company’s client base and property portfolio.
  • Identify new market opportunities and pursue prospective clients within priority market segments.
  • Represent the company professionally during networking events, client meetings, and industry engagements.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and business partners.

Sales and Lettings

  • Negotiate sales and letting agreements that achieve the best outcomes for clients and the company.
  • Collaborate with property owners and stakeholders to secure competitive property listings and transactions in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate sales and lettings records while ensuring compliance with internal processes and standards.
  • Consistently deliver a professional client experience throughout the sales and lettings cycle.

Team Collaboration

  • Participate actively in weekly team meetings by sharing strategic ideas that improve individual and team performance.
  • Review weekly achievements and monitor progress against agreed targets.
  • Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.
  • Share client feedback, emerging market trends, and business opportunities with the wider team.

Qualified Lead Criteria

For the purpose of this role, a qualified lead is a prospective client who:

  • Has expressed a genuine intention to buy, sell, rent, or let a property.
  • Is contactable and has actively engaged by responding to communication and providing their property requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum academic classification of First Class or Second Class Upper Division (3.3 GPA or above).

Experience

  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in real estate sales, lettings, business development, or a related commercial role.
