Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, transportation, and travel itineraries.
- Manage local procurement activities by obtaining quotations, liaising with suppliers, and processing purchase requests in line with company procedures.
- Follow up with insurance providers on employee medical insurance matters, including claims, approvals, and policy renewals.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and support documentation.
- Provide administrative and operational support to management and other departments as required.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and coordinating office activities.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management to support the efficient operation of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
