Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Medium, WhatsApp Business, and other approved digital channels.
- Design, develop, and publish engaging social media advertisements, flyers, graphics, promotional materials, and digital content that align with the company’s brand identity.
- Develop and implement weekly and monthly content calendars to promote the company’s visa advisory, travel support, and related services.
- Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries, comments, direct messages, and WhatsApp Business leads while maintaining ethical communication standards and avoiding misleading claims or visa guarantees.
- Convert online enquiries into consultation bookings through effective engagement and lead nurturing.
- Support organic and paid digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor social media performance and maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, conversions, and campaign outcomes.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on content performance, audience engagement, lead generation, consultation bookings, and marketing effectiveness.
- Stay informed about digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies to improve campaign performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, online customer engagement, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging digital content and manage multiple social media platforms effectively.
- Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Medium, WhatsApp Business, and basic analytics and reporting tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in travel, visa advisory, tourism, or other service-based marketing environments.
- Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Affinity Designer, Photopea, CorelDRAW, GIMP, Adobe Acrobat, or similar design applications.
- Experience using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business tools, Google Business Profile, and WhatsApp Business.
- Basic video editing skills and the ability to create compelling, lead-generating digital content.
- Knowledge of social media advertising, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
