Human Resources Assistant (Full-Time)

Location: Accra, Ghana

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including preparing and posting job advertisements, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new employees.
  • Assist in maintaining positive employee relations by responding to HR inquiries, supporting conflict resolution processes, and ensuring accurate employee records are maintained.
  • Manage day-to-day HR administrative activities, including leave administration, payroll support, personnel file management, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support for performance management, training, and other HR programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR administrative or support role is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
