Home Sales Advisor (Full-Time)
Location: Accra, Ghana

We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused Home Sales Advisor to join our growing team and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers within the target market to generate qualified leads and expand Petra’s customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, real estate agents, property developers, and other key industry stakeholders.
- Engage with existing customers to promote satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and other internal teams to maximize sales opportunities and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Conduct professional property presentations and viewings, effectively showcasing Petra’s products, services, and property portfolio.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and successful transaction closure.
- Coordinate the closing process with customers and all relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely completion of property transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Petra’s property offerings, real estate market trends, and available financing options to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Prepare daily sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance analyses for submission to the Business Development Manager.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track sales activities, maintain accurate customer records, and monitor sales performance.
- Represent Petra professionally at all times while promoting the company’s values and commitment to excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of post–National Service experience in real estate sales or a related sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build lasting customer relationships.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong consultative selling and customer engagement skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Effective relationship management and networking abilities.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel as required are an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
