Loan Sales Advisor (Full-Time)

Location: Accra, Ghana

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Loan Sales Advisor to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build strong client relationships, promote tailored loan solutions, and contribute to the growth of our lending portfolio while helping customers achieve their financial goals.

Role Summary

The Loan Sales Advisor is responsible for identifying prospective customers, assessing their financial needs, recommending appropriate loan products, and managing the sales process from prospecting through to application. The successful candidate will consistently achieve sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

As the Loan Sales Advisor, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive customer needs assessments to recommend suitable loan products and financial solutions.
  • Promote and sell loan products that meet customers’ financial objectives while supporting business growth.
  • Achieve individual sales and revenue targets through effective planning, prospecting, and time management.
  • Build, maintain, and expand a strong pipeline of prospective and existing customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the loan application and advisory process.
  • Guide customers through loan options, eligibility requirements, and application procedures.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Petra Trust’s loan products, policies, and lending processes.
  • Review customers’ existing loan portfolios to identify opportunities for additional lending solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market penetration.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify emerging trends and recommend appropriate sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly sales performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.
  • Perform additional duties that support the achievement of departmental and organisational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience after completing National Service.
  • Experience in loan sales, financial services, banking, pensions, insurance, or a related customer-facing sales role is highly desirable.
