Job Description
Sales Representative (Full-Time)
Location: Accra, Ghana

As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Promote and sell the company’s vehicles and related products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrate key vehicle features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales agreements and guide customers through the purchasing process to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information using the company’s sales systems.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent ALPHAKIM MOTORS professionally and uphold the company’s values at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in sales is an added advantage.
- Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Minimum of a Senior High School Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
