Position Summary
As the Human Resources Officer, you will manage key human resource activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance support, policy implementation, and compliance with Ghanaian labour regulations. You will play a vital role in fostering a positive work environment while ensuring HR practices align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Ghana labour laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and staff development initiatives.
- Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies and employment matters.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and other HR administrative functions.
- Assist in resolving workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain personnel data using office software.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional Human Resources experience.
- Strong knowledge of Ghana labour laws and employment policies.
- Good understanding of recruitment methods and sourcing channels.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
