About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Retail Associate to manage the day-to-day operations of our clothing store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a well-organized retail environment. Our business specializes in premium clothing brands and fashion accessories.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories.
• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate sales, inventory, and financial records.
• Handle basic bookkeeping and cash management.
• Create and post engaging content on social media platforms to promote products and drive customer engagement.
• Take customers’ measurements and perform minor garment alterations, including replacing buttons and zippers.
• Ensure the store is clean, attractive, and well-merchandised.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.
• Use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to maintain records and prepare reports.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Previous experience in retail, preferably in the fashion or clothing industry.
• Background or strong interest in fashion is an advantage.
• Basic social media management and content creation skills.
• Good bookkeeping and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and general computer applications.
• Ability to take body measurements and perform basic sewing tasks, such as replacing buttons and zippers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Honest, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
