We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Manager to lead our digital marketing and online engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee the company’s digital presence, develop and execute digital strategies, optimize online campaigns, and strengthen brand visibility while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
- Manage the company’s website, social media platforms, and other digital communication channels.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Create, review, and publish engaging digital content that reflects the company’s brand identity.
- Monitor website and social media performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
- Improve search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) initiatives to increase online visibility.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitor digital trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage digital advertising budgets and ensure campaigns achieve measurable results.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and communication channels.
- Recommend and implement innovative digital solutions that improve customer experience and business performance.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in digital marketing, digital strategy, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Experience using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Excellent content development, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in content management systems, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
