Key Responsibilities

As the Embroidery Professional, you will:

• Operate and manage embroidery machines to produce high-quality branded uniforms and PPE.
• Execute embroidery designs accurately according to customer specifications.
• Ensure correct logo placement, sizing, positioning, and colour accuracy.
• Review embroidery designs and prepare materials before production.
• Monitor embroidery quality throughout the production process.
• Perform finishing tasks to ensure all products meet company quality standards.
• Inspect completed embroidery work and correct defects where necessary.
• Maintain embroidery equipment and report technical issues promptly.
• Manage production timelines to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace.
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily output targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Proven experience in embroidery production, garment branding, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of embroidery techniques, machine operation, and production processes.
• Experience with logo placement and customized workwear branding.
• Ability to deliver high-quality finishing and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of fabric types, embroidery materials, and quality standards.
• Ability to interpret design specifications accurately.
