Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and highly organized Project Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects across the organization. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project resources, mitigate risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and performance metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder engagements.
• Promote the use of project management best practices, governance standards, and quality assurance processes.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project requirements.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams.
• Perform any other duties assigned to support the successful delivery of organizational objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Project Management
  • Business Administration
  • Information Technology
  • Engineering
  • Computer Science
  • Or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ proven experience managing projects in a professional environment.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or CAPM will be an added advantage.
