Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our team. The successful candidate will coordinate office activities, maintain accurate records, facilitate effective communication, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and internal communications efficiently.
  • Organize, maintain, and update physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Perform accurate data entry and prepare routine reports as required.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
  • Handle general office duties, including correspondence, document preparation, and record management.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
  • Assist with receiving visitors, responding to enquiries, and directing communications appropriately.
  • Operate and maintain records using Tally ERP9 and other office software.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling company information and documentation.
  • Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should possess:

  • A minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Tally ERP9.
