We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Hotel Manager to lead our operations, inspire our team, and ensure the highest standards of service across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

As the Hotel Manager, you will:

• Lead and oversee the hotel’s daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery and an exceptional guest experience.
• Supervise and coordinate all operational departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Laundry, and Maintenance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by proactively addressing guest needs and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Recruit, train, mentor, supervise, and evaluate employees to build a high-performing and customer-focused team.
• Monitor occupancy levels, revenue, operating costs, and financial performance to achieve business objectives.
• Develop staff work schedules and ensure adequate staffing across all departments.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, security, and hospitality regulations, policies, and industry standards.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management, procurement activities, and supplier relationships to support uninterrupted operations.
• Prepare operational and performance reports and provide regular updates to hotel ownership.
• Identify, report, and follow up on maintenance issues to ensure hotel facilities remain safe, functional, and well maintained.
• Foster a positive workplace culture that reflects the hotel’s values, promotes teamwork, and delivers exceptional service standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent industry experience may also be considered.
• A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in hotel management or a supervisory leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
• Sound knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, revenue management, and guest service excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with hotel management systems is an added advantage.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
• High standards of professionalism, integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours to meet operational requirements.
• Willingness to reside in Cape Coast.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position with regular operational working hours.
• The successful candidate must be available to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours as required to support hotel operations.
