Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s delivery management software, databases, and network systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret operational data, including delivery times, operational costs, and driver performance, to generate actionable business insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and management reports to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues for office and field employees.
- Implement and maintain robust data security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures to protect company information.
- Train employees on new software applications, technology solutions, and IT best practices.
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of GPS tracking systems for effective fleet monitoring.
- Monitor system performance and recommend technology upgrades to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation and ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and cybersecurity best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in IT support, data analysis, systems administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, advanced Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, and basic cybersecurity principles.
- Experience managing databases, enterprise applications, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
