Position Summary
Preset Pacesetters Senior High School is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Non-Teaching Quality Control Officer to monitor, evaluate, and improve operational standards across the school. The successful candidate will support quality assurance initiatives, conduct compliance checks, review processes, and provide recommendations that enhance efficiency, service delivery, and overall school performance.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures across administrative and operational areas of the school.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and established standards.
- Monitor the quality of services provided by departments and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Review administrative processes, records, reports, and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement and provide practical recommendations to management.
- Support the development and implementation of quality improvement plans.
- Conduct periodic audits of school facilities, resources, and operational activities.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Track performance indicators and prepare quality assurance reports for management review.
- Collect feedback from students, parents, staff, and stakeholders to support service improvement.
- Investigate complaints and quality-related concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support departments in maintaining consistent service delivery standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, assessments, corrective actions, and improvement activities.
- Assist in reviewing policies, procedures, and systems to promote efficiency and accountability.
- Collaborate with school leadership and departments to strengthen quality management practices.
- Perform other quality assurance duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Education Management, Operations Management, Statistics, Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in quality management, auditing, compliance, or process improvement will be an advantage.
- A minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of relevant experience in quality assurance, quality control, compliance, administration, or a similar role.
- Experience working within an educational institution will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of quality assurance principles, monitoring procedures, and reporting practices.
