Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated, analytical, and detail-oriented National Service Personnel to support our Accounting and Finance functions. Successful candidates will gain practical experience in financial operations, reporting, record management, and business processes while working with experienced professionals.

This opportunity is designed for individuals who are passionate about finance, accounting practices, and developing a strong foundation for a successful professional career.

Key Responsibilities

National Service Personnel will:

  • Support daily accounting and finance operations.
  • Assist with financial records management, data entry, and documentation.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports, schedules, and reconciliations.
  • Assist with invoice processing, payment documentation, and transaction reviews.
  • Maintain accurate financial records in line with organizational procedures.
  • Support budgeting, reporting, and administrative finance activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes.
  • Perform other assigned duties that support organizational goals.

Prestea Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, and other relevant disciplines Two (2)
Tarkwa Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, and other relevant disciplines Six (6)
Samreboi Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, and other relevant disciplines Two (2)
Tema Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, and other relevant disciplines Three (3)

Eligible Candidates

Applicants should:

  • Be eligible for the 2026/2027 National Service Programme.
  • Have completed or be completing a relevant tertiary education programme.
  • Be willing and available to serve in any of the listed locations.
  • Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Possess good communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Be hardworking, responsible, adaptable, and professional.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and a willingness to support financial and business operations.
