Position Overview
We are seeking energetic, creative, and results-driven National Service Personnel to support our Marketing and Sales activities. Successful candidates will gain practical experience in market research, customer engagement, sales support, brand promotion, and business development initiatives.
This opportunity is designed for individuals who are passionate about marketing, customer relationships, and contributing to business growth through innovative ideas and effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
National Service Personnel will:
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Assist with market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis.
- Support sales activities, customer engagement, and business development initiatives.
- Assist in preparing marketing reports, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Help maintain customer records and support relationship management activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and brand visibility.
- Support digital marketing and communication activities where required.
- Collaborate with teams to achieve marketing and sales objectives.
- Perform other assigned duties that contribute to organizational growth.

Eligible Candidates
Applicants should:
- Be eligible for the 2026/2027 National Service Programme.
- Have completed or be completing a relevant tertiary education programme.
- Be willing and available to serve in any of the listed locations.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, develop professionally, and contribute to business success.
- Possess good communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Be hardworking, responsible, adaptable, and professional.
- Demonstrate creativity, customer focus, and a positive attitude toward achieving results.
