A rapidly growing, high-end medical aesthetics clinic in Accra, Ghana is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead its day-to-day operations and drive strategic business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-oriented leader to oversee a premium healthcare brand committed to delivering world-class aesthetic treatments and an exceptional patient experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, leading a high-performing team, enhancing service quality, driving financial performance, and supporting the clinic’s continued expansion while maintaining the highest standards of patient care, compliance, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the clinic.
• Manage and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure exceptional client service and maintain the highest standards of patient care.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and key business metrics.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and business development initiatives.
• Build a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management or operations role.
• Previous experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, hospitality, luxury retail, or wellness is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience managing budgets, KPIs, and business performance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proximity to the workplace is key.
