We are seeking experienced and motivated Driving Instructors to join our team and help train the next generation of professional drivers.

Position Summary

As a Driving Instructor, you will deliver practical and classroom-based driver training, helping learners develop the knowledge, confidence, and skills required to become safe and competent drivers. You will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure all training is delivered in accordance with road safety regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Deliver practical driving instruction to learners in a safe, professional, and supportive environment.
• Teach learners road safety principles, traffic laws, defensive driving techniques, and responsible driving practices.
• Assess learners’ driving performance and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate the safe operation of vehicles and promote best driving practices at all times.
• Prepare learners for driving assessments by building their confidence and competence behind the wheel.
• Ensure training vehicles remain clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained by reporting maintenance requirements promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of learner attendance, progress, and assessment results.
• Promote compliance with company policies, road traffic regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages confidence, discipline, and professionalism.
• Perform other training-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

The successful candidate will have:

• A valid Category C Driver’s Licence.
• A minimum of a TVET qualification in Automobile Engineering, Automotive Technology, or an equivalent field.
• At least six (6) years of professional driving experience.
• Excellent spoken English with the ability to communicate instructions clearly and effectively.
• Strong knowledge of Ghana’s road traffic regulations and safe driving practices.
• Previous experience as a driving instructor or trainer will be an added advantage.
• Applicants must be 25 years of age or older.

Working Hours

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work:

• Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
