Role Overview

As a Mini-Bus Driver at A2 Agro Allied, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers while maintaining high standards of punctuality, vehicle care, and road safety.

The ideal candidate will have strong driving experience, excellent awareness of safety practices, and the ability to represent the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate mini-buses safely and responsibly according to company standards.
• Transport passengers efficiently while ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules while maintaining punctuality.
• Conduct regular vehicle checks and report any maintenance concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of the assigned vehicle.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving procedures.
• Maintain accurate trip records and required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with operations teams and report issues promptly.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License C.
• Minimum of 3 years’ professional driving experience.
• Experience operating mini-buses or similar passenger vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible work attitude.
• Ability to work independently while following company guidelines.
