Position Summary
NormaTech is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Associate to support the planning, coordination, and successful implementation of projects focused on aquaponics and sustainable agriculture. The successful candidate will provide project coordination, operational support, stakeholder engagement, and administrative assistance while working collaboratively with both on-site and remote teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and reporting to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives.
- Assist in the daily operation and maintenance of aquaponics systems.
- Support general farm management and operational activities.
- Source project materials, equipment, and farm supplies as required.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and other project documentation.
- Support research, innovation, and pilot initiatives in aquaponics and sustainable agriculture.
- Monitor project progress and maintain accurate project records.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Perform additional project and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or an equivalent qualification in any discipline. A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field is an advantage.
- At least two (2) years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or a related role.
- Experience or knowledge in agriculture or sustainable farming is an added advantage but is not required.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Comfortable working with remote teams and coordinating across different work environments.
- Willingness to work both in an office setting and on-site at the aquaponics facility.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
