We are looking for a dynamic Credit Officer to manage client portfolios, ensure timely loan delivery and repayments, and build strong relationships with clients in Tesano and its environs.
What You Will Do:
Identify and onboard potential clients.
Assess credit applications and support approval processes.
Monitor loan utilization and repayments.
Maintain accurate client records and reports.
Provide excellent customer service and build trust with clients.
What You Need:
Minimum Degree in a relevant field.
At least 2 years’ experience in microfinance, banking, or credit management.
Reside in Tesano or nearby areas.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
