Overview

A well-established restaurant in Kasoa is seeking three hardworking and reliable Kitchen Assistants to support the daily operations of its kitchen.
The successful candidates will assist the Chefs with food preparation, cleaning, washing utensils, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Chefs with food and ingredient preparation.
• Wash, peel, cut and prepare ingredients as directed.
• Wash dishes, cooking utensils and kitchen equipment.
• Keep kitchen work areas clean and organized.
• Properly store ingredients and kitchen supplies.
• Assist with receiving and arranging food supplies.
• Follow food hygiene and safety procedures.
• Perform other kitchen support duties when required.

Requirements

• Previous kitchen, restaurant or catering experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Good personal hygiene and cleanliness.
• Hardworking, punctual and dependable.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
