How do I post a Job on GhanaCareers Website

Posting a job on GhanaCareers.com is quick, simple, and completely free. Here’s how to do it:

  1. 👤 Log in to your Employer Account
    Go to the Employer Login page and sign in. If you don’t have an account yet, point at “Register” from the main menu and click on Register as Employer to create one in a few easy steps.

  2. 📝 Click on “Post a New Job
    Once you’re logged in, you’ll be redirected to your Employer Dashboard. Select the Post a New Job option.

  3. 📄 Fill in the job details
    Provide accurate and detailed information including:

    • Job title

    • Job description and responsibilities

    • Required qualifications and skills

    • Employment type (Full-time, Part-time, Contract, etc.)

    • Pre-screening questions (helps to screen applications received).

    • Location and application deadline

    • Application instructions etc.

  4. Choose a Job Posting Package
    You can select Free or any of the premium job posting packages. The package you select will determine the number of days your job will be listed, the number of application recommendations you can view, whether you can feature your job or not, etc.
  5. Review and Submit
    Double-check your information to make sure it’s correct. When ready, click Submit to post your job.
