When you submit your job application on GhanaCareers.com, the process is simple and transparent:

📩 Your application is sent directly to the employer (IF the job has no external application link)
The employer receives your CV, cover letter, and any other documents you provided through their GhanaCareers employer dashboard or via their preferred contact method. For jobs with external application links, we can’t say much about what happens after you apply since we don’t have control over that. -
🧾 You’ll receive a confirmation
A confirmation message appears on your screen, and in most cases, you’ll receive a follow-up email to acknowledge that your application has been received. -
👀 The employer reviews your application
Employers or recruiters then assess your qualifications and experience against the job requirements. This may take some time, depending on their recruitment timeline. -
📝 Shortlisted candidates are contacted
If you’re shortlisted, the employer will reach out to you — typically by email or phone — to schedule interviews or request more information. -
