Job Summary

Orlandos Pizza is seeking a skilled and passionate Kitchen Cook to prepare meals according to established recipes and quality standards. The successful candidate will actively support kitchen operations and ensure timely, safe, and high-quality food preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food is cooked, plated, and served in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly.
• Assist in food preparation, including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
• Monitor food stock levels and report shortages to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Minimize food waste and maintain proper storage practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• WASSCE/HND/Degree
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is an advantage.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
