Position: Account Officer
Hala-GH is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Officer to support daily financial operations and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. The successful candidate will manage accounting entries, assist in financial reporting, and support internal financial controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Record and process financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow activities.
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
- Support audits and provide required financial documentation.
- Use accounting software and Excel to maintain accurate financial data.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- HND, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
