Position Summary
SHAPE Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Personnel to support the organization’s financial and accounting operations. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with internal financial procedures and reporting standards.
The role requires strong analytical skills, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions in a timely manner.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and account statements.
- Monitor cash flow and support day-to-day accounting operations.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting procedures.
- Support payroll preparation and related financial activities where required.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial data management.
- Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of financial information and records.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.
- Support audits and other financial review processes when necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
