Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team. The successful candidate will oversee receivables, ensure timely collections, maintain accurate financial records, and contribute to the resort’s financial health. This role requires strong organizational skills, integrity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers and partners
- Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
- Follow up on overdue accounts and implement effective credit control measures
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records
- Prepare regular reports on receivables, aging analysis, and collection status
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless billing and payment processes
- Enforce company credit policies and assess customer creditworthiness
- Support internal and external audits as required
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control (hospitality industry experience preferred)
- Professional certification (e.g., ICA Ghana, ACCA) is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and professionalism
