We are seeking a compassionate and professional Nurse to provide healthcare support, promote guest wellbeing, and respond effectively to medical needs within the resort environment.

Job Summary

The Nurse will provide basic healthcare services, assess guest and staff health concerns, offer first aid support, and ensure proper health and safety practices are maintained. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and strong clinical judgment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic medical assistance to guests and employees when required.
• Assess health concerns and provide appropriate care or referrals.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate further medical support when necessary.
• Maintain accurate health records, incident reports, and medical documentation.
• Monitor and support workplace health and safety practices.
• Provide health advice and guidance to guests and employees when appropriate.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and monitoring of medical supplies and equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and medical information.
• Support health promotion and wellness initiatives within the resort.
• Work closely with management and external healthcare providers when required.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum qualification of SHS Certificate or HND in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Must possess relevant nursing certification and professional registration where applicable.
• Previous experience in a healthcare facility, hotel, resort, or workplace health environment is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of first aid, patient care, and health and safety procedures.
• Ability to respond effectively during medical emergencies.
• Good understanding of confidentiality and professional healthcare practices.
