Job Summary

The Admin and Finance Officer will oversee the administrative and financial operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in technology, and excellent communication to support both operational and financial functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including office coordination and documentation.
  • Oversee financial operations, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of transactions.
  • Implement technology-driven tools to improve administrative and financial processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial and administrative activities.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to support operational and financial activities.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to management.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum HND certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in administration, finance, or a related role.
  • Strong passion for and adaptability to technology.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relations skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
