Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. You will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly, coordinating schedules, and assisting the team to ensure projects progress efficiently. If you are detail-oriented, resourceful, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, you will fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly.
  • Organize schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members.
  • Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems accurately.
  • Assist with project documentation and administrative support as required.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors when necessary.
  • Support the team in day-to-day office tasks to enhance operational efficiency.

Educational & Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in administrative support or office management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
