Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Executive to support and coordinate the organisation’s daily administrative and operational functions. The successful candidate will ensure smooth office operations, efficient communication flow, and effective administrative support across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and consistency
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and executive schedules
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, databases, and filing systems
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and internal communication channels
  • Handle procurement processes and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
  • Support HR functions, including on-boarding and employee record management
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required
  • Monitor office expenditures and maintain proper financial records

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
