Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Administrative Officer to oversee administrative operations while supporting team management and HR-related functions. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive workplace culture, ensuring team productivity, and supporting effective organizational processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate a team of employees, providing guidance and ongoing support
  • Foster a positive, productive, and performance-driven work environment
  • Motivate team members and ensure optimal performance levels
  • Support day-to-day administrative and human resource functions
  • Assist in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures
  • Handle staff-related matters with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency and team effectiveness
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager

Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant experience in Human Resource Management, Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative or supervisory role
  • Professional HR certification is an added advantage
