Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Administrative Officer to oversee administrative operations while supporting team management and HR-related functions. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive workplace culture, ensuring team productivity, and supporting effective organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate a team of employees, providing guidance and ongoing support
- Foster a positive, productive, and performance-driven work environment
- Motivate team members and ensure optimal performance levels
- Support day-to-day administrative and human resource functions
- Assist in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures
- Handle staff-related matters with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency and team effectiveness
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant experience in Human Resource Management, Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative or supervisory role
- Professional HR certification is an added advantage

- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
