To support our operations in Accra, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer (Temporary) to provide essential administrative and logistical support for a three-month period.
Role Overview
The Administrative Officer (Temporary) provides day-to-day administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth office and program operations. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced NGO environment while supporting multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to program and management teams.
Coordinate office logistics, including meetings, travel arrangements, and documentation.
Maintain accurate records, files, and databases in line with organizational standards.
Support procurement, inventory tracking, and general office administration activities.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and administrative documentation as required.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to support operational needs.
Ensure compliance with Project HOPE’s administrative policies and procedures.
Support onboarding and coordination of staff, consultants, or visitors when required.
Contribute to efficient workflow and continuous improvement of administrative processes.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
A professional certificate in administration, logistics, or office management is an advantage.
3–5 years’ experience providing administrative and logistical support, preferably within an NGO or development organization.
Demonstrated experience working in a structured, compliance-driven environment.
