Program Overview

The Africa Finance Program (AFP) is a 12-month structured learning and development journey designed to build a strong finance talent pipeline across Africa. It accelerates readiness through cohort onboarding, rotations, finance exposure, and a final job stint.

Program Structure

• Phase 1: Corporate Onboarding – Cohort-based introduction to Olam Agri and its operations.
• Phase 2: BU / Country Rotations – Cross-country and business unit exposure in pairs.
• Phase 3: Finance Exposure – Deep dive into reporting, treasury, compliance, risk, FP&A, SAP and digital finance.
• Phase 4: Job Stint – On-the-job execution, project delivery, and final review.

Eligibility Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent
• Professional certification (ACCA, CFA, ICAN, FMVA, DFCE or equivalent)
• 3–5 years of finance-related experience
• English required; additional languages may apply
• Willingness to work across Africa, including remote locations

• Core finance knowledge (accounting, audit, finance)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Excel
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability to diverse environments
