We provide a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment where employees are empowered to make meaningful contributions. We are seeking a results-driven and hands-on Agricultural Production Manager (Crops & Poultry) to lead operations across our multi-site locations.

Key Responsibilities

Crop Production & Irrigation

• Plan and execute multi-cycle crop production across irrigated and rainfed systems.
• Deliver yield targets while achieving pack-out rates of ≥85%.
• Implement Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and Integrated Pest Management (IPM).
• Oversee irrigation systems and manage daily field operations efficiently.

Poultry & Livestock Management

• Manage layer operations of up to 10,000 birds.
• Monitor key performance indicators including feed conversion ratio (FCR), mortality rates, and egg production.
• Enforce strict biosecurity protocols to ensure flock health and productivity.

Production Planning & Coordination

• Align production schedules with market demand and off take agreements.
• Develop and deliver weekly production forecasts and harvest plans.

Quality, Compliance & Traceability

• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GAP, FDA, and GSA standards.
• Maintain quality assurance pass rates of ≥97%.
• Implement traceability systems and monitor product quality and safety.

Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise agronomists, field officers, and labour teams across multiple sites.
• Lead training initiatives for staff and out growers to improve productivity, efficiency, and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma, HND, or Degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Animal Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in commercial agriculture.
• Proven experience in irrigated farming systems and poultry operations.

Key Success Metrics

• Achieve year-on-year yield improvement of ≥20%.
• Maintain quality assurance pass rates of ≥97%.
• Keep production losses at ≤1%.
• Ensure consistent weekly supply with zero stock-outs.
