We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Analyst to support and optimize our Process & Mining Applications systems.

Job Summary

The Analyst, Process & Mining Applications will provide technical support and continuous improvement for operational technology systems used in mining and processing. This role focuses on system optimization, troubleshooting, and enabling efficient operations through technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for mining and process operational technology (OT) systems
• Configure, maintain, and optimize applications used in mining and processing operations
• Support systems such as fleet management, production reporting, planning, geology, and processing applications
• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system alignment with operational needs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data and system insights
• Document system configurations, processes, and technical procedures
• Support system upgrades, integrations, and technology projects

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in technology support or related roles
• Proven experience supporting mining or industrial operational systems

Additional Knowledge & Competencies

• Strong experience in Mining/Process Operations Technology (OT) resource support
• Ability to solve complex problems, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement
• Hands-on experience supporting systems such as fleet management, production reporting, planning, geology, or processing tools
• Ability to configure and optimize applications for operational performance
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in system documentation and technical reporting
