About the Analyst Training Programme
Our Analyst Training Programme is designed for high-potential final-year graduates who are looking to launch a successful career in investment management and financial services. Participants gain practical experience, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and develop the technical and professional skills required to thrive in the industry.
What You Will Do
As an Analyst Trainee, you will:
- Support trade execution and portfolio monitoring activities.
- Conduct market, industry, and company research to support investment decision-making.
- Assist with compliance reviews and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Prepare client presentations, investment reports, and analytical materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative financial solutions.
- Contribute to the design, testing, and enhancement of digital investment tools and platforms.
- Monitor economic and market developments across Ghana and Africa.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
Essential Requirements
You should possess:
- A genuine interest in capital markets and a strong curiosity about economic and financial trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence in using technology and a willingness to leverage digital tools to solve financial challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
The following will be an added advantage:
- Experience analysing investments through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
- Active membership in a university investment, finance, or business club.
