Job Description

This role bridges IT and banking operations. You will manage applications, ATM infrastructure, and digital solutions to support business processes. Your responsibilities include ensuring system availability, analyzing failures, proposing enhancements, coordinating with vendors, and aligning with business objectives. You will also negotiate technical contracts, support change management, and provide reports to senior management. A Master’s degree, strong analytical thinking, and experience in IT governance are expected.
