ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and creative Assistant Brands Manager to support the development and execution of brand strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving brand visibility, supporting product growth, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the planning and execution of brand strategies to achieve market growth objectives.
  • Monitor brand performance and analyze market data to generate actionable insights.
  • Coordinate product packaging, brand communications, and activation materials.
  • Assist in executing brand campaigns and promotions to increase visibility and sales.
  • Track competitor activities and recommend strategies to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
  • Support brand budget management and track expenditure to ensure efficient utilization.
  • Prepare regular reports on brand performance, market trends, and campaign outcomes.
  • Liaise with external agencies for creative development and media planning.
  • Support product development initiatives and new product launches.
  • Coordinate trade and consumer promotions in partnership with the sales team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in brand management or FMCG marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
