Position: Assistant Front Desk & Housekeeping Officer

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Assistant Front Desk & Housekeeping Officer who actively supports front office operations while maintaining exceptional cleanliness and order within the facility. The ideal candidate creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests and residents at all times.


Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Duties

  • Welcome and attend to guests and residents professionally
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries efficiently
  • Maintain accurate guest records and front desk documentation
  • Respond promptly to phone calls, messages, and service requests
  • Coordinate guest requests with relevant departments

Housekeeping Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across rooms and common areas
  • Ensure rooms are properly prepared before guest check-in
  • Replenish supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
  • Follow daily cleaning schedules and quality standards
  • Support general facility organization and presentation

Requirements

  • Minimum of Senior High School (SHS) certificate; additional training in hospitality is an advantage
  • Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or front desk operations is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
  • Must demonstrate a welcoming, respectful, and professional attitude
