Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant M&E and Field Support Officer to strengthen our monitoring and evaluation systems and support field implementation. The successful candidate will actively contribute to data-driven decision-making and ensure the effective tracking of project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks for development projects
- Develop and apply data collection tools, methodologies, and strategies
- Collect, verify, and analyze field data to measure project performance and impact
- Provide technical support to field teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Assist in preparing high-quality reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor project indicators and recommend improvements based on findings
- Conduct field visits to ensure compliance with project plans and standards
- Collaborate with project teams to strengthen learning and adaptive management
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in:
- Rural Development
- Rural Sociology
- Agriculture
- Forestry
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) within development projects
- Proven experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and rural communities
- Good communication and organizational skills
